摘  要:以抗寒型和冷敏型黄瓜为试材,采用石蜡切片方法对低温栽培条件下黄瓜生长发育过程进行形态学观察。结果表明,不同低温处理对黄瓜生长发育有一定的影响,低温处理延长了花芽分化的进程。但是适当的低温(平均昼25℃/夜13℃)处理能促进黄瓜花芽分化向性型分化的转变,明显提高花芽分化率。The process of the growth and development of cucumber at low temperature and the morphological observation were studied in four cucumber varieties with different resistance to low temperature . The results showed that the process of the growth and development of cucumber have a certain impact at different low-temperature ,low temperature delayed flower bud differentiation. But appropriate low-temperature(25 °C/13 °C )caused earlier flower bud differentiation and change to the sex differentiation ,improve the rate of flower bud differentiation.
