摘  要:在静态通气条件下,以玉米秸秆为原料,研究了接种复合微生物菌剂后,玉米秸秆高温堆腐过程堆体电导率和水解酶活性的变化。结果表明:接菌处理和不接菌处理(CK)整个堆腐过程总的电导率值分别为26.59和23.26 ms.cm-1。整个堆腐过程添加菌剂处理的脲酶活性和蔗糖酶活性极显著高于CK,两个处理间蛋白酶活性差异不显著。相关性分析表明,温度与脲酶活性呈显著性正相关,电导率值与脲酶活性和蔗糖酶活性呈极显著性负相关,且脲酶活性与蔗糖酶活性呈极显著性正相关。蛋白酶与温度、电导率值、脲酶和蔗糖酶活性相关性不显著。In the present work, the changes of conductivity and hydrolytic enzyme activity during maize straw composting inoculated complex microbial inoculums at high temperature and static state was investigated. The results showed that the conductivity values were 26.59 ms · cm^-1 and 23.26 ms · cm^-1 of the two treatments, respectively. Activities of urea and sucrose enzyme were significantly higher than those under non-inoculated treatment; however, there was no significantly difference in activity of protein enzyme between the two treatments. Correlation analysis suggested that temperature was positively correlated with activity of urea enzyme, while activities of urea enzyme and sucrose enzyme were significantly negatively correlated with conductivity, respectively. And activity of urea enzyme was significantly positively correlated with activity of sucrose enzyme. Meanwhile, no correlated between activity of protein enzyme and temperature, EC, activities of urea enzyme and sucrose enzyme.
