摘  要:采用盆栽试验,研究乙二胺四乙酸二钠(EDTA)辅助下,科源油2号油菜修复铅、镉单一污染土壤的效果。在本实验条件下,EDTA的最佳投加量为5.0 mmol.kg-1时,油菜Pb、Cd吸收量分别达到1 542 mg.kg-1和64 mg.kg-1。该结果表明,EDTA辅助下可显著增强油菜对Pb、Cd的吸收累积,EDTA在诱导油菜修复Pb、Cd污染特别是Pb污染土壤方面具有很大的潜力。A pot experiment was conducted to investigate the potential of rape(Brassica napus. L) for phytoremediation of Pb,Cd single contaminated soil by the aid of EDTA. The best repairing efficiency was observed in the treatment of applying 5.0 mmol · kg^-1 EDTA to the soil in this study, the total uptake amount of Pb,Cd by rape(Brassica napus. L) reached 1 542 and 64 mg· kg^-1 respectively. The results showed that the application of EDTA to the soil significantly increased the uptake amount of Pb,Cd by rape(Brassica napus. L). It is indicated that, the EDTA could be regarded as a good chelate candidate for rape(Brassica napus. L) phytoextract Pb,Cd pollution, particularly for Pb in contaminated soils.
