摘 要:通过施钾肥及磷钾肥混施研究对苜蓿种子质量和贮藏的影响,结果表明:在收获当年,磷钾混施显著增加了苜蓿种子的发芽势和发芽率,降低了种子硬实率(P<0.05);施钾肥也提高了当年收获种子的发芽势和发芽率,降低了种子的硬实率,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。在贮藏过程中,施钾肥降低了种子发芽率的下降速率,延缓了种子活力的下降,并且发芽率的下降速率随施肥量的增加而减小,而磷钾混施对发芽率的下降没有表现出延缓作用。种子活力指数都随着施肥量的增加而上升,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。A field experiment was carried out at Jiuquan to evaluate the effects of potassium application and combined application of potassium and phosphorous on seed quality and seed storage. In the harvest year, combined application of potassium and phosphorous significantly improved seed germination energy and germination rate, and decreased hard seed percentage. Potassium application also increased seed germination energy and germination rate, and decreased hard seed percentage, but there was no statistical significant difference compared with control. The decreasing rate of seed germination rate during storage was slowed down and seed aging was delayed by potassium application . Alfalfa seed vigor index increased with the increase of application rate, but the difference was not significant.
