摘　　要：目的观察湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)治疗溃疡期压疮的疗效。方法随机将42例溃疡期压疮的患者,分为治疗组22例,用MEBO外敷治疗;对照组20例,用传统方法治疗。结果治疗组的有效率为100%,对照组有效率为75%。两组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用MEBO治疗溃疡期压疮明显优于传统换药方法,具有治愈率高、伤口愈合快,使用简便等优点。Objective To observe the effect of moist exposed burn ointment （MEBO） in treating patients with third-stage pressure sore. Methods Forty-two patients with third-stage pressure sore were divided into two groups randomly. The MEBO group received MEBO therapy （n=22）, and the control group received traditional therapy （n=20）. Results The effective rate in the MEBO and the control groups was 100% and 75% respectively, showing statistically difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion MEBO is more effective and convenient than the traditional therapy in treating patients with third-stage pressure sore.
