四川地震伤员康复措施与成效分析

摘　　要：目的总结“5·12”四川汶川地震后对伤员实行的康复措施及其效果。方法对截止到2008年6月25日四川省住院地震伤员28008人的医疗康复信息、抗震救灾医疗信息进行分析。结果成立了各级地震伤员医疗康复技术专家指导组。快速建立医疗康复网络，以6个重灾区44家县级医院为三级医学康复机构，以乡镇级医院为四级医学康复机构，接受需要长期康复的伤员。举办各种形式的培训，共培训10000多名康复专业人员。数百名来自其他省份、香港、英国、古巴的康复专家来川支援。所采取的康复措施包括理疗、作业疗法、安装假肢体、矫形器等，心理干预、针灸、药物疗法等。28008名地震伤员中各类疾病功能恢复比例达87．2％。经一期康复治疗出院伤员数占总住院伤员约98％。结论地震伤员的康复治疗，包括早期介入，多学科协作，加强功能锻炼、特殊器具使用和心理支持，建立四级康复医疗网络等，取得显著效果。Objective To summarize the measures and effects of rehabihtation among the wounded during the Wenchuan Earthquake. Methods The relevant statistical data of rehabilitation among 28, 008 wounded persons hospitalized in Sichuan Province and the statistical data of medical and health work in the earthquake-stricken areas were analyzed. Results Steering groups of rehabilitation specialists at different levels were established, and a network of medical rehabilitation was set up rapidly, with 44 at hospitals at county level as third medical rehabilitation institutions and the township level hospitals as the forth institutions to admit the wounded need for long-term rehabilitation in the 6 hard-hit earthquake areas. Training of medical rehabilitation professionals in different forms was carried out and more than 10 thousand persons had been trained. Several hundred rehabilitation specialists from other provinces, Hong Kong, Britain, and Cuba came to Sichuan to offer their aid. The rehabilitation measures included physical therapy, occupational therapy, fitting of prostheses and orthopedic appliance, etc, psychological intervention, acupuncture puncture and moxibustion, drug therapy, etc. 87.2% of the wounded achieved functional recovery. 98% of the hospitalized wounded patients were discharged after first-stage rehabilitation. Conclusion The rehabilitation measures in the Wenchuan Earthquake areas , including early intervention, multidisciplinary cooperation, strengthening of functional training, use of special appliances, psychological intervention, and establishment of a four-level medical rehabilitation network have achieved striking effect.
