摘　　要：目的探讨颅内(广泛)毛细血管扩张症的DSA表现。方法回顾分析一例颅内(广泛)毛细血管扩张症的DSA表现。结果两侧大脑半球静脉期可见较多增宽迂曲的丛状毛细血管影,消失延迟;左侧见小点状及小条形造影剂染色(出血)。结论DSA是诊断颅内毛细血管扩张症的一种有价值的检查方法。Objective To explore the DSA presentations of cerebral extensive telangiectasis. Method Retrospective study and analysis of DSA presentations of cerebral extensive telangiectasis in 1 case. Results Many broaden patches of capillaries were seen in venous phase and delayed in evacuation among the bilateral cerebral hemisphere, spot and linear contrast dyeing（hemorrhage） in left hemisphere. Conclusion DSA is a valuable method to diagnose cerebral telangiectasis.
