摘　　要：用辩证唯物论的观点,阐述了指挥与控制复杂科学的产生背景、研究对象与方法,以及在相关领域的应用前景,并就如何在学科交叉、渗透、融合中开展指挥与控制这一新兴学科研究提出了建议。From the dialectical materialist point of view, this paper expounds the generation background, object and method of study for complicated command and control discipline, as well as its application prospect to related domain, puts forward the proposal concerning how develop a study of command and control in crossing ,infiltrating and fusing between disciplines.
