摘 要:为适应防空作战新的作战任务,从空防对抗作战的复杂性、不确定性和人类思维的模糊性出发,对防空作战部署方案评估的目的进行了分析,在此基础上建立了防空作战部署方案评估指标体系。针对评估指标的多样性和不确定性,提出了基于属性值为区间数的多属性决策(M ADM)评估方法,并详细阐述了区间数比较的可能度公式、区间数排序和综合评估过程,最后通过一个实例对防空作战部署方案评估的具体过程进行了论证。To meet the new combat mission of air defense combat, form the complexity and uncertainty of air defense combat and the illegibility of human thought, the purpose of air defense combat disposition scheme assessment is analyzed. Based on it, the assessment indicator system of air defense combat disposition scheme is built. To counter the diversity and uncertainty of assessment indicator, the method of multiple attribute decision making (MADM) for scheme assessment is proposed based on attribute value being area number. The comparative probability formulae, taxis and synthesized assessment course of area number are expounded in detail. The assessment procedure of MADM method is given by an instantiation.
