摘 要:目的:探讨HC2-HPV-DNA在宫颈癌及癌前病变诊断中的预测价值。方法:应用杂交捕获法HC2-HPV-DNA对432例患者作13种高危型HPV检测,并通过阴道镜对可疑病灶多点活检。结果:432例患者中HC2-HPV-DNA阳性者223例(51.6%),阴性者209例(48.3%);病理活检慢性炎症81例,宫颈癌及癌前病变162例;HPV阳性患者的宫颈癌及癌前病变为52%。结论:利用HC2-HPV-DNA检测13种高危型HPV,有针对性地进行活组织病理检查,有效地指导临床,是诊断宫颈癌及癌前病变的重要手段。Objective: To study the estimation of HC2 - HPV - DNA in the cancer of the cervix and the lesion precancerous. Methods: Hybrid capture HC2- HPV- DNA was used to determine the 13 high- risk of human papillomavirus (HPV) in 432 women. The multiple punch biopsy was examined by colposcope in the doubtful cervical tissues. Results : The positive of HC2 - HPV - DNA was 51.6% (223/432), the negative of HC2 - HPV - DNA was 48. 4% (209/432) ; the chronic inflammation were 18.8% (81/ 432) , the cancer of the cervix and the lesion precancerous were 37. 5% (162/432) ; the cancer of the cervix and the lesion precancerous was 39. 0% in the positive of HPV. Conclusion: Hybrid capture HC2 -HPV -DNA can detect the 13 high -risk HPV. It's a important method to diagnose the cervix and the lesion precancerous with the pathology biopsy.
