摘　　要：目的:探讨护理干预在胃癌切除术后疼痛患者中的应用。方法:62例胃癌切除术患者随机分为对照组和实验组(护理干预),对照组采用胃癌切除术后常规护理方法,实验组加用护理干预措施。结果:实验组患者较对照组患者术后疼痛程度明显减轻,P<0.01。结论:在胃癌切除术患者中实施护理干预,可明显减轻患者的疼痛症状,缓解患者的焦虑情绪,促进患者康复。Objective To discuss the application of nursing intervention on pain after gastric cancer excision. Method Sixty - two cases undergoing gastric cancer excision were divided into the control group and the experimental group randomly. The control group applied the conventional nursing method, and the experimental group added nursing intervention measures. Results The patients in the experimental group had much less pain than in the control group （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion Nursing intervention on patients undergoing gastile cancer excision can reduce patients＇ pain obviously, alleviates their anxious mood, promotes the patients to be restored to health.
