摘  要:利用实时全息干涉计量摄影装置记录有机玻璃板微破裂过程中应力(场)的变化,讨论了微破裂的丛集过程及其与应力(场)的关系,宏观裂缝的分叉和延伸规律,大破裂与微破裂的关系。研究结果表明,大破裂发生前微破裂有丛集(成核)现象,微破裂的丛集与局部应力集中有关,大破裂(宏观裂缝)延伸方向是应力场高梯度变化方向,大破裂的发生位置与微破裂的丛集无明显关系。ariation of stress field in the process of microfracture of plexiglass is recorded by holography in real time. The relation between clustering process of microfracture and stress field, patterns of branching and extension of macro fissures, the relation of macro and microfracture have been discussed. The results show that the microfracture has clustering phenomenon before the macro fracture occurs; the clustering of microfracture is related with local stress concentration; the direction of macro rupture extension is the direction of variation of stress field in high gradient; the position of macro rupture occurrence has no clear relation with the clustering of microfracture.
