摘 要:外源激素及浓度、插穗部位对南蛇藤硬枝扦插生根的影响研究结果表明,南蛇藤属于皮部生根兼有愈伤组织生根的综合生根类型;在供试的2种外源激素中,萘乙酸(NAA)总体效果好于生根粉(ABT1);不同浓度的外源激素均能促进插穗生根,以2000mg/L NAA和200mg/L NAA两组效果较好;插条部位对南蛇藤插穗生根能力有较大影响,基部和中部枝条的扦插效果较好。The effects of cutting position of Celastrus orbiculatus were studied. , type of hormone, treatment concentration to hard wood cutting The result showed that the Celastrus orbiculatus belongs to integrated -rooting type. There were 2 type of hormone, the best hormone was NAA. The hormone concentration could accelerate rooting. The best treatments were to use 2000 mg/LNAA for 10 seconds and use 200 mg/LNAA for 3 hours, The cutting position could effect on rooting of Celastrus orbiculatus. The better cutting position were base part and middle part.
