欧洲花楸嫩枝扦插技术的研究

摘　　要：对影响欧洲花楸嫩枝扦插成活的主要因子(树龄、生长调节剂、生长调节剂浓度)进行研究的结果表明:树龄对生根的影响显著,生长调节剂及浓度对生根的影响不显著,最佳处理为2年生欧洲花楸嫩枝枝条,采用浓度为500×10-6mg/mL的ABT生长调节剂处理,生根率为53%。The orthogonal test design was adopted to study the main factors （tree age, growth regulator and the concentration of growth regulator） that influence the cutting survival rate of Sorbus aucuparia. The results showed that tree age had a significant effect on the rooting, but growth regulator and its concentration had no significant influence.
