摘　　要：系统化分析了风险投资的风险构成,指出风险投资的风险系由环境风险、投资风险、主体风险三个维度构成。进而探讨了风险投资的分担机制,认为通过引进政府部门、保险机构、风险投资互助协会、孵化器等不同主体,有助于充分分担风险投资风险,减少风险投资主体因为项目投资失败所带来的经济损失,进而充分发挥风险投资对于高新技术产业的重要推动作用。This paper analyzes the risk structure of venture capital systematically which shows that the risk of venture capital consists of three main parts including environmental risk, investment risk and participant risk. In succession, the paper discusses the risk partaked mechanism of venture capital. The conclusions show that introducing interrelated depar- ments of governments, insurance corporation, mutual - aid association, business incubator and so on into venture capital can help to fully partake risk of venture capital, reduce economic loss incured by failure in equity investment for investors and exert the force of venture capital on promoting the development of high - tech industries.
