摘　　要：在生命周期投资消费模型中首次考虑了投资者二套房投资。利用动态规划原理,在特殊的两期情况下进一步假设投资者的投资需求具有层次性,给出投资者首次购房决策的一种简便方法。另外,还对近年来住宅市场快速增长的内在动力进行了探讨。In this paper, we firstly include the secondary home into the life - cycle model of investment and consuption. We analyse investor＇ s home - buying behavior in the especial two periods model with further asumption that the investor＇s investing demand takes on hiberarchy. We obtain a simple method of decision - making of the investor firstly buying a home through dynamic programming. Furthermore, we discuss the reason of the internal power of rapid developing of housing market.
