摘　　要：文章从实际工作经验出发,提出了如何针对汽车企业研发部门的特点,构建合理、高效的IT系统,以及对其IT系统进行管理和维护,最终达到通过IT系统建设,支持和促进汽车产品研发工作的目的。Based on the practical experience, the paper presented that for the feature of R＆D department in auto industry how to construct proper and efficient IT system, and to manage and maintain IT system. The final target is to support and promote auto R＆D by IT systematic construction.
