摘　　要：分析了1983年夏季(7月)黄河中下游干旱时期的欧亚环流特征及海温场特征,探讨了各环流系统在形成黄河中下游干旱灾害中的作用及其与海洋热状况的联系。In this paper, the Eurasia circulation characteristics of the middle and lower reaches of the Yellow River during the summer arid period in 1983 is analysed. Moreover, the effect of each circulation system during the forming of that arid calamity and its relation with the ocean's thermal condition are discussed.
