摘 要:针对7500t浮吊设计要求,使用等效杠杆法提出用盘式制动实现换挡的减速器设计方案。减速箱共有两个自由度,通过限制其中一个自由度可以实现高速和低速的切换,采用液压闭环控制系统实现平顺换挡。在两种不同工况下,减速箱能够在同一个输出轴上输出不同挡位的运动,且高低速之比可以达到2~16,满足了大载荷平稳起升和快速下降的使用要求,目前已成功投入使用。To meet the design requirements of 7500 ton floating crane, a project of mixed gear reducer composed by planetary differential reducer and disk brake was proposed based on lever analogy method. There are two freedoms in the gearshift, and the transmission speed between high speed and low one can be attained through limiting one freedom of them. The closed loop hydraulic control system was adopted to attain the shift operation smoothly. Under two different cases, different speed ratios can be transmitted through the same output shaft, high and low speed ratio from 2 to 16 ,which well meets the application requirements of both the stable hoisting for heavy loads and fast drop for unload. The gearshift has been put into application successfully.
