摘  要:针对煤矿井下特殊环境条件和供电高安全可靠性的要求,详细介绍了一种高性能的矿井高爆开关微机综合保护装置各功能部件及设计思路。该装置以TI公司的TMS320LF2407ADSP芯片和14位AD TLC3578为基础和核心进行设计。它可靠性高、冗余度大,利于实现矿井供电的集中和远程监控、信息数据的整定、修改和技术管理,极大地提升了煤矿安全可靠供电的快速反应能力,和安全生产的装备水平,应用前景良好。According to the special environmental condition of the coal mine and the requirement of high security and reliability of the power supply, this paper recommends to use a high-performance, comprehensive protection microcomputer device with high-explosive mine switch. This device is designed on the basis and core of TMS32OLF2407A DSP chips and 14 AD TLC3578 of IT Corporation. The various features of design ideas are described in detail. The protection device is of high reliability, redundancy, and conducive for the realization of the concentration of the mine power supply and remote monitoring, tuning information data, modify, and technology management, which can greatly improve the rapid-reaction capability of the safe and reliable power supply of the coal mine, and the level of safe production equipment, It will be able to obtain the widespread application.
