摘　　要：基于功能成本的概念,提出一种按权值将装备价值分配到功能属性的方法,方便并(?)学地计算废旧装备的残留附加值大小。重点论述了功能属性的确定和权值的分配依据,并以此为基础,推导出再制造经济性参数。这种基于再制造行业技术水平的成本分解和残值计算方法,可以较好的反映出技术因素对装备残值以及再制造经济性的影响。Based on the concept of function cost, a method of distributing the value to function property by weight is put forward. It is feasible to figure Out the residual added values （RA V） of the retired equipment conveniently and precisely with this method. The determination of function property and the distribution criterion of weights are mainly discussed. On the basis of those, the economical parameter of remanufacturing is deduced. Those methods of cost decomposing and RA V calculation are established based on the given technical condition, which can better reflect the effects of technical factors on both RA V and the remanufacturing economy.
