摘  要:采取连续、多次等质量浓度更换抗生素的方法培养细菌,检测2株芽孢杆菌对庆大霉素、硫酸卡那霉素、盐酸四环素和氯霉素的敏感性变化。试验结果表明,抗生素质量浓度为1.0×10^-4-1.0×10^-12mg/ml时,2株芽孢杆菌对4种抗生素均能产生耐药性,但在不同种类抗生素溶液中产生耐药性速度存在差异:2菌株对氯霉素产生耐药性速度较快,5次连续换药培养后细菌对该药的敏感性均降为0;在其余3种抗生素药液中变化较为接近,其中在庆大霉素中影响最小。连续使用的药物质量浓度对细菌药敏结果也会产生一定影响:培养前期,质量浓度越高,抑菌圈越大;后期抑菌圈大小趋于一致。Through the bacteria being transferred into culture medium containing the same concentration antibiotic many times and being incubated continuously, the tolerance of two strains of Bacillus to four kinds of antibiotics (Gentamycin Sulfate, Kanamycin Sulfate, Solarbio Tetracycline HCI and Chloram Phenicol)were tested. The results showed that both of the strains were resistant to four kinds of antibiotics with the concentration range of 1.0× 10^-4 -1.0 ×10^-12 mg/ml. However,the time of drug tolerance to different kinds of antibiotic were different. Both of the strains appeared quickly resistance to Chloram Phenicol. After being transferred continuously five times, the inhibition zone of the bacteria became zero in the culture medium with Chloram Phenicol. The changes in resistance to the other kinds of antibiotics were similar; however,the influence of Gentamycin Sulfate on drug tolerance of Bacillus. was the least. The concentration of antibiotic used continuously influenced the susceptibility of Bacillus. to antibiotic, either. In the early stage of the bacterial incubation,the the inhibition zone was. In the later stage, the in h h gher the concentration of bition zone in size tended the antibiotic was, the larger to be similar.
