摘 要:以低熔点合金Sn-32%Pb-52%Bi作为钢液的模拟介质进行静态热模拟实验,研究在不同工艺参数下圆坯电磁软接触连铸结晶器内弯月面的变化规律。实验结果表明:圆坯中频电磁软接触结晶器内弯月面的变形沿周向上具有均匀性,在分瓣体中心处和切缝处弯月面高度相当,分瓣体中心处弯月面高度较切缝处稍低;随着电源功率增大,弯月面高度增大,弯月面波动加剧,这不利于获得表面质量良好的连铸坯,因此,在本研究的工况下将功率控制在30kW左右;当初始液面在线圈中心位置时,弯月面的高度最高,在拉坯过程中将自由液面控制在线圈中心高度附近;随着频率的增加,弯月面的高度几乎成线性关系减小,但弯月面区域的波动减小,在综合考虑弯月面高度和波动的前提下,实验使用的频率为2500Hz。A low-melting-point alloy of Sn-32%Pb-52%Bi was used to simulate the molten steel for static thermal simulation experiments and to research the meniscus shapes according to different technological parameters. The experimental results show that: the shape of meniscus is uniform along circumference of mold for medium-frequency soft-contact electromagnetic continuous casting of round billets; the height of meniscus is approximate at slits and center of segment, and the height of meniscus at center is lower somewhat; with the increasing of power, the height of meniscus increases obviously, and the fluctuation of free surface is intense, and those are not conducive to high quality continuous casting billets, so under the conditions of this study the power should be controlled at about 30 kW; when the free surface is at the center height of the coil, the height of the meniscus is maximum, in the process of casting the free surface should be in the vicinity of the height of the meniscus; with the increasing of frequency, meniscus height almost linearly decreases, but the fluctuation of meniscus reduces, in comprehensive consideration of the height and the fluctuation, the frequency of 2 500 Hz was chosen in the experiments.
