摘  要:针对铸造板状零件过程中,由于模具机械夹紧缺陷而导致铸件质量差及模具变形大等问题,提出采用液压多点联动夹紧方式,并研发了液压多点联动夹紧装置。投产使用后表明,此装置具有铸件质量高、模具寿命长,通用性好的特点,能大幅度提高生产效率,有较大的推广价值。阐述了新型液压多点联动夹紧装置的结构、工作原理及液压控制系统,对类似设备的研发,有一定的借鉴意义。In view of the casting plate-type components process, because the mold machinery clamp flaw causes the casting quality to be bad and the mold distorts in a big way and so on questions, proposed that selects the hydraulic pressure multi-spot linkage clamp method and has researched and developed the hydraulic pressure multi-spot linkage clamp casting installment. After production using indicated that the device which promote a greater value has a high quality casting, a long life mold, good general characteristics, and also can significantly increase productivity. The paper elaborated the new hydraulic pressure multi-spot linkage clamp casting installment's structure, the principle of work and the hydraulic control system, to the similar equipment's research and development has a certain degree of reference.
