葛根“起阴气”浅析

摘　　要：《神农本草经》称葛根能"起阴气"。从文献整理的角度,指出"起阴气"本义是指其具有治疗男性性功能失常,阳痿不育的作用。但明清一些医家又将其解释为生腾脾胃之阴以生津止渴,并从药物本身的性状、胃阳与脾阴的关系、对脾胃阴津的影响等不同角度论述了其机理。这些见解都有合理的成分,也各有其不足之处。但都为临床使用葛根提供许多新的思路。应正确学习前人经验,取其精华,去其糟粕,促进中医药的发展。（The Shen Nong＇s Herbal Classic））believe that Ge Gen upgrade Yin Qi. This article from the perspective of literature, point out that the basic meaning about＂ upgrade the Yin Qi＂ is treatment of male sexual dysfunction. But during Ming and Qing dynasty some medical experts explanation promote the production of body fluid to relieve thirst, and from the characteristic of itself,the relationship of Stomach Yang and Spleen Yin, Different perspective on the physiological mechanism. These views are reasonable elements, and each has its shortcoming, but for clinical effects for us to use a lot of new ideas. We should learn from previous experiences in the right, select the essence, abandon shortcomings, promote the development of Chinese medicine.
