六味通脉胶囊治疗动脉硬化闭塞症54例临床研究

摘　　要：目的:评价六味通脉胶囊对动脉硬化闭塞症(ASO)患者的临床疗效及外周血循环内皮细胞水平变化的影响,探讨其作用机理。方法:将93例符合入选标准的ASO患者,采用双盲双模拟研究方法,随机分为治疗组和对照组,从ASO患者的临床症状积分、血液流变学指标、外周血循环内皮细胞水平含量变化等方面进行前瞻性对比治疗研究。结果:ASO患者血管内皮细胞水平升高,血液流变学指标异常,与健康人比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。治疗后,两组患者的临床症状积分、血液流变学指标、血管内皮细胞水平明显降低(P<0.05及P<0.01);治疗组在总有效率、血液流变学指标、循环内皮细胞水平方面均优于对照组(P<0.05及P<0.01)。结论:六味通脉胶囊能明显改善ASO患者的临床症状和体征,改善血液流变学指标、提高生活质量,保护血管内皮细胞是其作用机制之一。Objective：To explore the clinical therapeutic effect and the effect of changes of circulating endothelial cells in patients with arteriosclerosis obliterans on liuweitongmai Capsule, and to better understand the pathogensis of the traditional Chinese medicine formulas. Methods ：93 cases were taken as observed indices, double-blind and double-dummy design method was used to observe the therapeutic effects of Chinese drug. 93 cases of pain were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The patient＇s symptom scores, hemorheological determination indices, amount of circulating endothelial cells were retrospectively analyzed. Results：The patient＇s amount of circulating endothelial cells increased, hemorheological determination indices were abnormal. We found the patients there was significant difference than health personages （P 〈0.01 ）. Both of the two groups had improvement in different degree after treatment, and there was significant difference than before treatment and control group（ P〈0.05 ,P 〈0.01 ）. Conclusion：Huweitongmai capsule could obviously improve arteriosclerosis obliterans patients＇ symptom and hemorhcological determination indices, improve the quality of living, which was closely related with protecting blood endothelial cells.
