摘  要:目的:建立续断皂苷活性成分的综合评价方法,为完善续断活性成分的质量控制方法提供参考。方法:以续断皂苷单一成分木通皂苷D和大类成分总皂苷的含量为指标,分别采用高效液相色谱法及比色法进行测定,以各指标的权重系数为0.5进行评分,以2个指标的得分之和作为综合评分,以此来评价续断皂苷类活性成分质量。结果:4个产地共13个批次的木通皂苷D和总皂苷含量几乎无相关性(r=0.046),单一指标难以有效评价续断皂苷活性成分。综合评分法较全面的反映了续断皂苷活性成分的质量。结论:综合评分法克服了单一指标质控方法的片面性,用于控制续断质量具有合理性。Objective:To establish an comprehensive evaluation method for active ingredient of saponin in Dipsacus asper Wall, and to supply reference for perfecting the quality control of Dipsacus asper Wall. Methods : The single content of akebia saponin D in Dipsaeus asper Wall was determined by HPLC, and the total saponins was by colofimetric method. Then, use comprehensive marking,with the weight coefficient of each index being 0. 5 ,to evaluate the quality of live saponin in Dipsacus asper Wall. Results :There was nearly no Correlation between akebia saponin D and total saponins (r = 0. 046 )in thirteen Samples from four different habitat. So,it is difficult to evaluate the quality of active ingredient saponin from Dipsacus asper Wall with single index, but the comprehensive evaluation method can make a relatively comprehensive evaluation. Conclusion:Comprehensive evaluation method conquered the onesidedness of single index quality control method, and it is reasonable to control the quality of Dipsacus asper Wall.
