眼针对急性局灶性脑缺血再灌注模型大鼠IL-1β的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察眼针疗法对缺血性脑血管病的影响。材料和方法;健康雄性wister大鼠被随机分为假手术组、脑缺血、眼针治疗组;采用longas方法造模,选取眼穴肝区、肾区、上焦区、下焦区,直刺,留针15min;应用ELISA法检测血中和缺血脑组织白介素-1β。结果表明;眼针组白介素-1β明显降低,与脑缺血组比较有显著性差异。结论;眼针疗法可以降低脑缺血模型大鼠血中和缺血周围闹组织白介素-1β,进而抑制由脑缺血诱导的炎症反应,发挥脑保护的作用。Objective ： Observing the effect of the eye-needle on the ischemia cerebral vascular disease. Materials and Methods ： The health Wister rats were randomly divided into 3 groups. A group （ sham-operated group ） ; B group （ ischemia/reperfusion group） ;C group （acupuncture treatment group）. The middle cerebral artery occlulsion（MCAO） were established by using the longas method. The IL - 1β was detected by using the ELISA method. The point areas of liver, kidney, shangjiao,xiajiao were selected. 1 inch needles were used to puncture the point area vertically. All data were expressed as mean ±SD. Statistical analysis were carried out by spss10. 0. Results：There were a few IL - 1β in A group. IL - 1β began to increase after 3h following cerebral ischemia/reperfusion,reached the peak at 72h. The number of IL - 1β in C group is less than that in B group significantly. Conclusion： Eye-needle can reduce inflammation reaction, lower IL - 1β of ischemic penumbra.
