摘 要:以经过超滤处理的胶州湾海水为原水,采用中空纤维反渗透膜在黄岛发电厂进行了为期6个多月的中试。结果表明,该反渗透膜产水稳定、耐污染性能良好,产水电导率为100~200μS/cm,pH值约为7.1,对海水中主要离子的脱除率>99.5%,好于保证值(99.2%)。在海水温度为6~22℃的范围内,温度每升高1℃,产水电导率值平均增加2.6μS/cm,产水量平均增加0.02m3/h。上述结果为海水淡化工程的用膜评估和设计提供了初步的技术数据。Using Jiaozhou bay seawater pretreated by ultra-filtration as the raw water, the hollow fiber reverse osmosis (RO) membrane was pilot tested in Huangdao Power Plant for more than 6 months. It is shown that the tested RO membrane has stable water production and high fouling tolerance. The permeate conductivity is in the range of 100 μS/cm to 200 μS/cm, and the pH is around 7, 1. The removal rate of major ions from seawater is over 99.5% , better than the guaranteed value (99.2%). In the water temperature range of 6 ℃ to 22 ℃, the permeate conductivity is increased by 2.6 μS/cm and the productivity is increased by 0.02 m^3/h when the temperature is increased by 1 ℃. The above results provide the basic technical data for the evaluation and engineering design of seawater RO plants in China.
