摘  要:近年来中国承接国际服务外包已取得显著成绩,但与一些竞争力较强的国家相比还存在一定差距。在对中国承接国际服务外包竞争力进行国际比较的同时,在发展规模、竞争性资本、客户互动技能及环境禀赋方面应采取制定服务外包发展规划;完善知识产权保护法律法规;改善投资环境,积极培育国内市场,发挥中国人力资源优势,吸引和培养高技能人才和提高服务意识保证服务质量等措施,以提高中国承接国际服务外包竞争力。In recent years, we have made the initial achievement in undertaking service outsoureing, but we still have the certain distance comparing with the countries whieh do more successfully in undertaking international service outsoureing. By comparing the relevant aspects of the competitive abilities of undertaking international service outsoureing eotmtries. We find that we should make the development plan of service outsoureing in development scale, competitive capital, customers' reeiproeal skill and enviornment, perfect the protection laws and regulations of the knowledge right, improve the investment enviornment, euhivate positively the home market, ultilize the human resources advantages, absorb the talents holding the high technical abilities and improve the service awareness, ensure the service quality to increase the China's competition power of undertaking international service outsourcing.
