摘 要:用毛细管气相色谱法和银化薄层色谱法对牛蛙肝脏及脂肪组织中的脂肪酸成分进行了分析 ,发现 α-亚麻酸在肝脏和脂肪中的含量分别达到 2 2 .84 %和 16.0 6% ,用低温金属盐沉淀法可除去大部分饱和脂肪酸 ,对含有两个及多双键的不饱和脂肪酸有浓缩作用 。The fatty acid composition of Rana Catesbeiana (bullfrog) liver and adipose tissues was examined by GC combined with Ag TLC. It was found that the content of α linolenic acid (18∶3,n 3) in both tissues was very high (adipose, 22.84%; liver,16.06%). They could be used as sources to extract that important fatty acid. The lipid fractionation characters of low temperature crystallization were also studied. It was found that this method could eliminate most saturated fatty acids, and could concentrate the content of polyunsaturated fatty acids having two or more double bonds. But its effect on monoenoic fatty acid was not prominent.
