摘　　要：大学生是社会中一个特殊的群体,对于犯罪的大学生如何给以有效的矫正是一个重大的社会问题。本文分析和检讨了现有矫正机制存在的问题,并对如何完善大学生犯罪行为矫正机制提出了立法建议。University students are a special group in society. It is an important social question to give effective rectification to the students who have committed crimes. The paper analyses and discusses the problems in the existing rectification mechanism, and gives some legal suggestions on how to improve the rectification mechanism to illegal acts of university students.
