摘　　要：文章介绍了投棒点火头安全作业在油气井射孔作业中的重要性,分析了早期投棒点火头存在的缺点,在此基础上设计了防砂安全点火头和安全机械点火头装置。实践证明,新设计的安全点火头能有效地保证射孔作业时操作人员和地面设备的安全。In this paper,sand control safety firing heads and mechanical safety firing heads are designed based on the analysis on the disadvantages of previous drop bar firing heads.Field applications indicate that the safety of operating crew and surface equipment are effectively guaranteed during perforating with the new firing heads.
