可膨胀管技术及其在石油工业中的应用

摘　　要：可膨胀管技术是石油工业领域发展十分快速的技术之一。该技术可用于多种类型油井建井、完井及固井作业,使用范围从陆地到浅海,甚至深海。可膨胀管可分为可膨胀割缝管和实体可膨胀管两大类。其中,可膨胀割缝管可用于可膨胀防砂管、裸眼井衬管、可膨胀完井衬管;实体可膨胀管可用于尾管悬挂器和应急套管。文章分别介绍了各种膨胀管的膨胀机理、优点及其应用。Technology of expandable tubes is one of the fastest development technologies in petroleum industry.It can be applied in the operation of well construction,completion and cementing in many kinds of oil wells from onshore to offshore.Expandable tubes are classified into two categories:the expandable slotted tubular and the solid tube expansion.Expandable slotted tubulars have three major applications:expandable sand control screens,open hole liners and expandable completion liners.Solid tube expansions have two major applications:liner hangers and repair liners.In this paper,expandable mechanism,the advantages and the application of each expandable tube are recommend.
