摘 要:研究了五种二丁基二硫代磷酸稀土配合物(REDBDP)对天然橡胶硫化特性、力学性能和老化性能的影响,并与二丁基二硫代磷酸锌(ZnDBDP)进行了对比。采用平衡溶胀法测定硫化胶的表观交联密度。结果表明,O,O′-二丁基二硫代磷酸稀土金属配合物对天然橡胶(NR)具有明显促进硫化效果,硫化速率都比相应的锌盐快。五种稀土中,O,O′-二丁基二硫代磷酸镱硫化胶的交联密度最高,力学性能也最高。二丁基二硫代磷酸稀土配合物的硫化胶力学性能和耐热老化性能都比相应的锌盐高。Effects of five accelerators of rare earth dibutyldithiophosphate (REDBDP) complexes on the curing characteristics, mechanical properties and the heat ageing property for NR were studied and compared with zinc dibutyldithiophosphate (ZnDBDP). Moreover, crosslink density of vulcanizates were deterimined from the equilibrium swelling data. The results showed that REDBDP can act as effective accelerator for NR, their vulcanization are faster than that of ZnDBDP.In five REDBDP, the total density of vulcanizates with ytterbium dibutyldithiophosphate is the highest and its mechanical properties are the best. The mechanical properties and the ageing resistance property of vulcanizates with REDBDP were better than those of ZnDBDP.
