摘　　要：能效标识管理立法应借鉴国外立法经验,结合中国实际,尽快完善相关制度,具体包括准确界定立法称谓,拓展能效标识适用范围,提高产品的能效标准,建立能效标识管理的公众参与机制和经济激励机制,完善法律责任机制。There are many problems on the energy labeling regulation in china,we should study on the international experiences and improve the relative systems according to the facts of my country. It include the exact name of the act;extending the scope of the energy labeling;improving the level of the energy efficiency norm; setting up the people＇s anticipation system and the measures of economy;improving the system of the legal liability.
