河北省静脉产业可持续发展对策研究

摘　　要：改革开放三十年以来,河北省经济持续快速增长,但随着工业化、现代化、城市化的进一步发展,资源、环境与社会经济发展的矛盾越来越突出,生态建设和环境保护的形势日益严峻。本文通过对河北省静脉产业发展现状与存在问题进行分析,认为发展静脉产业符合河北省省情,是走循环经济之路,建设资源节约型、环境友好型社会的必然归宿,也是河北省实施可持续发展战略的重要途径和必要保障,并提出了发展静脉产业的对策。In the past 30 years since the reform and opening to the outside world since 1979, economy in Hebei Province has increased rapidly. However, as industrialization and urbanization deepen further, resources, environment and ecological construction are becoming increasingly important. This paper analyzes the existing problems in the vein industry and thinks that developing vein industry in Hebei Province is very necessary, for it is in accordance with Hebei in the aspects of circulation economy, resources saving, environment friend and so on. Besides, countermeasures are set up.
