城市化加速背景下河北省经济适用房供求分析

摘　　要：河北省已进入城市化加速发展时期,人口的大量转移给原本拥挤的城市带来了许多新的问题,其中住房问题尤其明显。本文以城市化为背景,对能有效缓解住房矛盾的经济适用房的供求规模作了预测分析。Hebei Province has entered a period of accelerated development of urbanization, and the flowing and shifting of the population brought many new problems to the original crowded city, One of the particular evident problem is housing. In the background of the urbanization, this paper offer the predictive analysis of the demand and supply scale of the Economical Housing to effective mitigation of contradictions of the housing.
