摘 要:在配合煤中添加经过预处理的废塑料,利用小焦炉进行炼焦实验,对所得的焦炭的冷热态强度进行了检测。实验结果表明,利用本实验中采用的废塑料预处理方法,可有效避免常规废塑料配煤炼焦所产生的炼焦偏析问题,除聚乙烯外,配加其它废塑料炼焦后,焦炭的冷热态强度均未明显下降,甚至有所提高。With pretreated waste plastics added to mixing coal, cokemaking experiments were carried out on small scale coke ovens and degrees of strength obtained at both cold and thermal states were inspected. The experimental results indicate that the use of the waste plastics pretreatment method adopted in this experiment could efficiently avoid cokemaking segregations brought about by the routine cokemaking with waste plastics-mixed with coal and that in addition to treating polyethylene, after other waste plastics was added in cokemaking, the degrees of strength of coke at both cold and thermal states didn't see an obvious drop, or even an increase to some extent.
