摘 要:高精度的惯导测试设备常用感应同步器作角位置测量元件,与一对极旋转变压器一起组成粗精组合测角系统。在实际工作环境中,由于温度的变化,鉴相型粗精组合测角系统存在着动态温漂误差,限制了系统的使用范围。通过对系统工作原理和动态温漂误差产生原因的分析,提出了动态温漂误差的抑制方法,在硬件上优化了滤波器设计,在软件上提出并实现了一种新的组合测角算法,实现了高稳定性高精度的角度测量。经过分析和试验,证明以上措施可有效抑制正负0.5o以内的温漂误差。High-precision inertial navigation test device usually adopts Inductosyns as its angle-position measuring elements, and combine with a pair of resolvers to form coarse/fine combined angle measuring system. In practical working environment of the combined angle measuring system, temperature drift error exists because of environment temperature variation, which restricts the application scope of the combined angle measuring system. By analyzing the working principle of the combined angle measuring system and the cause of the temperature drift error, the error mitigation methods were put forward. In hardware, the filter design was optimized. In sofiware, a new combined angle measurement algorithm was proposed. Through these methods, the angle measurement with high reliability and high precision was realized. By analyzing and experiment, it's proved that the positive and negative temperature drift error within 0.5° can be mitigated effectively.
