摘　　要：目的建立测定清脑降压片中黄芩苷含量的高效液相色谱(HPLC)法。方法采用Watets 2690型高效液相色谱仪,色谱柱为Kromasil C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水-冰醋酸(46∶54∶1),检测波长为276nm,流速1.0mL/min,柱温(30±0.5)℃。结果黄芩苷质量浓度在7.92～39.60μg/mL范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9982),平均回收率为97.38%,RSD=1.14%(n=6)。结论HPLC法简便、快速、准确,可有效控制清脑降压片的质量。Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of Baicalin in Qingnao Jiangya Tableat. Methods The Watets 2690 HPLC instrument was used with Kromasil C18 column（250 mm ×4.6 mm, 5 μm）. The mobile phase： methanol-water- glacial acetic acid （46 ： 54 ： 1）. The detection wavelength was 276 nm. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. The column temperature was （30 ±0. 5）℃. Results The linearity of baicalin was obtained in the range of 7.92-39.60 μg/mL（r=0. 998：2）. The average recovery rate was 97.38% and RSD was 1.14% （n =6）. Conclusin This method is simple, rapid and accurate, which can be used to control the quality of Qingnaojiangya Tablet.
