高效液相色谱法测定复方枣仁胶囊中左旋延胡索乙素含量

摘　　要：目的建立测定复方枣仁胶囊中左旋延胡索乙素含量的高效液相色谱(HPLC)法。方法采用Discovery C18柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),以甲醇-0.1%磷酸(63∶37,pH=6.0)为流动相,检测波长为281nm,流速为1.0mL/min,柱温为30℃。结果左旋延胡索乙素质量浓度在63.52～635.2μg/mL范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,r=0.99998(n=7),平均回收率为99.93%,RSD为0.7%(n=6)。结论HPLC法灵敏、快捷、准确,可用于复方枣仁胶囊中左旋延胡索乙素含量的测定。Objective To establish a HPLC method for determining the content of L- tetrahydropalmatine in Compound Zaoren Capsules. Methods The Discovery C18 column（150 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm） with methanol- 0. 1% phosphoric acid （63 ： 37, pH = 6.0） as the mobile phase was used. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and the detective wavelength was 281 nm. The column temperature was 30℃. Results Good linearity of L- tetrahydropahnatine was obtained within the range 63.52- 635.2 μg/mL. The average recovery rate was 99.93% and RSD was 0.7% （n =6）, r =0. 999 98（n = 7）. Conclusion The method is accurate and reliable with a high sensitivity, which can be used for determining the content of L- tetrahydropalmatine in Compound Zaoren Capsules.
