摘　　要：目的建立测定暖胃舒乐片中芍药苷含量的高效液相色谱(HPLC)法。方法采用Zorbax SB-C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为0.2%磷酸溶液(用三乙胺调pH为3.1～3.3)-乙腈(87∶13),流速为1.0mL/min,检测波长为230nm。结果芍药苷进样量在0.4856～2.4280μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,r=0.9998(n=5),平均回收率为100.7%,RSD=1.26%(n=6)。结论HPLC法分离效果好、结果准确、重复性好,可用于暖胃舒乐片的质量控制。Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of paeoniflorin in Nuanwei Shule tablet. Methods The condition for HPLC was Zorbax SB-C18 column（250 mmxd. 6 mm, 5μm） with acetonitrile-0.2% phosphoric acid adjusted pH to 3.1-3.3 with triethylamine （13：87） as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and the detection wavelength was 230 nm. Results The standard curve was linear in the range of 0. 485 6 - 2. 428 0 μg and the correlation coefficient was 0. 999 8 （ n = 5）. The coverage recovery rate was 100.7% with RSD 1.26% （n=6）. Conclusion The method shows good separating result, accuracy and reproducibility. It can be used for the quality control of Nuanwei Shule Tablet.
