摘 要:运用ActiveX技术实现VB对MPI软件的有效控制,开发出优化注射成型保压压力的程序,自动为用户提供2种保压方式:先恒压后线性递减保压和先恒压后阶梯降压保压供用户选择。先恒压后线性递减保压方式较有利于提高塑件的表面质量。当注塑机不能很好实现保压压力线性递减或塑件壁厚变化较大时,则应采用先恒压后阶梯降压保压方式。确定保压方式后优化程序将根据MPI分析结果确定保压时间和保压压力,让用户能快速确定保压参数。A program for optimizing the packing pressure of injection molding was developed based on the control of ActiveX technology over MPI software; and two pressure-holding curves were automatically provided for users: (1) applying a constant voltage and then a linear decrease in pressure packing; (2) first giving a constant voltage and then a step-down in pressure packing. The first curve is better in improving the surface quality of products. When an injection molding machine can not implement a linear decrease in packing pressure or the thickness of plastic parts varies a lot, the latter curve shall be adopted. The holding time and pressure can be confirmed based on Moldflow analysis results by using the optimized program, in which users can select and determine the pressure-holding parameters rapidly.
