摘  要:分析了轿车C柱加强板的结构特点,给出了拉深工艺设计要点,包括冲压方向的确定、压料面设计、工艺补充面及拉深筋设计。通过Dyanform对C柱加强板拉深过程进行了动态仿真,验证了拉深工艺的合理性,最后给出了模具结构和调试要点。The structural characteristic of a C-shaped pillar reinforcement plate in a car was analyzed; and the key points in designing the drawing process was proposed, which includes the determination of press direction, design of binder surface, technological addendum surface and drawing ribs. The dynamic simulation of the drawing process was performed by Dyanform that validates its reasonableness and feasibility. Finally, the die structure and the main points for test run were presented.
