摘  要:介绍了一种三相桥式全控整流电源系统,采用基于CPLD数字触发器来触发晶闸管,实现了缺相、错相保护及相序自适应等功能,并具有良好的脉冲对称度。系统联动控制设计由触摸屏和PLC组成,实现故障报警输出,晶闸管触发给定,显示实时电压与电流值以及故障联锁停机等功能。介绍了基于CPLD设计的数字触发器的实现原理,给出了PLC控制程序流程图,阐述了PLC在系统中的控制思路。该系统在实际运行中效果良好。A three-phase full-bridge rectifier power control system is introduced,which uses the digital flip-flop based on CPLD to trigger thyristor.The system mainly implements the functions of the protections to lacked phases,disordered phases and self-adaption of phases.lt has a good degree of pulses symmetry.The design of simultaneous operation control system is made up by touch screen and PLC,which can implements the function of fault alarming,thyristor triggering,a chain of breakdown and real-time displaying of voltage and current.The principle of digital trigger based on CPLD is introduced,and the flowchart of PLC program is given.The control method of PLC in the system is expounded.By the application, the actual operating results are good.
