具有输出短路保护功能的升压变换器研究

摘　　要：由于基本升压DC/DC变换器,不能通过关断其主开关来切断输入电源,因此不具备输出保护功能。通过在其输入端增加一个隔离开关和续流二极管,得到了一种改进的升压DC/DC变换器,当变换器输出出现短路故障时,通过启动输出短路保护电路使隔离开关关断,同时启动主开关导通,可彻底切断输入电源,使升压DC/DC变换器具备了输出短路保护功能。实验结果验证了该电路的正确性和可行性。According to the inherent structure of a basic step-up DC/DC converter, the input power supply can＇t be cut off by turning off the main switch, so it doesn＇t have the output short-circuit protection function.An improved step-up DC/DC converter is presented by adding an isolated switch and a freewheeling diode to the input.When the output of the converter is short-circuited,the energy of the input power supply can be cut off by starting protection circuit and openning main switch.The results prove the correctness and feasibility of the circuit.
