摘　　要：区际侦查协作是打击跨境、跨区域犯罪司法协作研究的重要课题。针对跨境、跨区域犯罪侦查协作存在的问题,建立区际侦查协作具有必要性与可行性,应梳理区际侦查协作的原则,提出构建区际侦查协作的设想,共同构筑打击跨境、跨区域犯罪的协作机制。Inter-area criminal investigation cooperation is the important task that researches into the struggling against multinational and inter-area crime juridical cooperation. On the base of problems of multinational and inter-area criminal investigation cooperation, it is necessary and feasible to establish inter-area criminal investigation cooperation, classify its principle, kick off the thought of establishing inter-area criminal investigation cooperation and construct the cooperation system of struggling against multinational and inter-area erimes.
