摘　　要：本文介绍了国际海事组织对STCW78/95公约的回顾和修改的情况,同时提出了船员主管机关、教育培训和船员使用部门的应对准备。This article briefly introduces the review of and amendments to the 1978/95 STCW Convention by IMO and proposes some counter measures therefor for the seafarers＇ Administration, education/ training agencies and shipping companies.
