摘　　要：调查了目前国内3个著名合作数字参考咨询项目运行现状,并从咨询软件及功能、咨询方式、服务对象、服务内容、响应时间、合作程度、实时咨询时间、网络表单设置等方面逐一剖析,提出六个策略,进一步加强与完善合作数字参考咨询项目,以期推动我国合作数字参考咨询服务稳定、可持续发展。Investigate the status quo of three collaborative digital reference project running in China, including the software and functions, mode, clients, contents, response time, the level of cooperation, real-time consultation, network form design put forward 6 countermeasures to further strengthen the three projects with a view to promoting China＇s collaborative digital reference service develop stably and sustainably.
